Users are responsible for ensuring that their hardware and local network configurations meet the security standards required to interact with our advanced modeling interfaces safely.
02. Data Integrity Constraints
Interference with the automated harvesting scripts or the structured API endpoints of our data platforms constitutes a violation of these terms. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for automated scraping that bypasses our standard security protocols.
03. User Accountability
While we facilitate high-level data transparency, users are prohibited from submitting falsified business credentials or "poisoned" datasets into our consultative forms or trial environments.
Proprietary Modeling Rights

Legal Dept. PortalAny controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
